        We have just completed Phase II of our Development Concern Report (DCR) system at International Truck & Engine Corp.  The DCR system helps manage a large number of product development issues across many programs and cross-functional groups.  J. R. Miller has been an integral factor in this project that has spanned two years and involved every organizational group in the corporation.  Without his help we would not have been as successful.

        JR’s excellent systems analyst skills helped us decipher a complex process in our corporation and transform it into software and a database that supports our corporate goals.  He has a very thorough understanding of database design and MS Access, and a great talent for developing friendly GUI’s.  I really enjoyed having JR on my project because he could work unsupervised, and deliver quality work on time.
